Three River Farmers Alliance is a farmer-owned aggregate food hub located in the Seacoast,
NH region that brings locally sourced food to homes, restaurants and regional institutions. Three River Farmers Alliance joined EFC in 2021.
4P Foods is a food hub operating out of Vint Hill, Virginia that delivers customized produce bags to customers throughout central Virginia and DC. 4P Foods joined EFC in March 2020.
Appalachian Sustainable Development (ASD) strives to build a thriving regional food and agriculture system that creates healthy communities, respects the planet, and cultivates profitable opportunities for Appalachians. ASD joined EFC in 2020.
Crown O’Maine offers produce, fruit, dairy, plant proteins, locally grown and milled grains, tofu, eggs, and specialty foods from a network of independent, small to mid scale food producers from Maine. Crown O’Maine joined EFC in 2020.
Dreaming Out Loud is rebuilding urban, community-based food systems through cooperative social enterprise and by increasing access to healthy food, improving community health, supporting entrepreneurs and cooperatives from low-income communities. Dreaming Out Loud joined EFC in 2020.
FRESHFARM is a nonprofit food hub that promotes sustainable agriculture and improves food access and equity in the Mid-Atlantic region by operating producer-only farmers markets, food distribution programs, and innovative food education. FRESHFARM joined EFC in 2021.
Farm Fresh Rhode Island is a non-profit food hub expanding community access to local food and supporting farmers and producers in New England. Farm Fresh Rhode Island joined EFC in 2020.
Firsthand Foods is a women-owned food hub that connects chefs and consumers with pasture-raised local meats, including pork, beef, and lamb local meats from North Carolina farms. Firsthand Foods joined EFC in 2020.
Food Connects is a Vermont food hub focused on delivering local food, education opportunities, and consulting services animed at transforming the local food system in New England. Food Connects joined EFC in 2020.
Freshlist is a food hub expanding access to local food through innovative e-commerce solutions and transparent sourcing techniques. Freshlist joined EFC in 2020.
GrowFood taps into the existing assets of small-scale agriculture to help create a stronger rural economy, spurring job creation, and building capacity in rural communities by connecting farm businesses to the thriving local food movement. GrowFood Carolina joined EFC in 2020.
The Local Environmental Agriculture Project Inc. (LEAP) is a Roanoke-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that nurtures healthy communities and resilient local food systems by connecting local farmers, food producers, culinary entrepreneurs and community members. LEAP joined EFC in 2020.
Local Food Hub is a non-profit food hub located in Charlottesville, Virginia specializing in food access and grower services. Local Food Hub is the backbone organization for the Eastern Food hub collaborative and joined in March 2020.
Turnrow partners with producers, co-ops and food hubs throughout West Virginia to ensure that fresh quality food is distributed quickly and efficiently to buyers that value the grit, dedication, and craft required to farm in the Appalachian mountains. Turnrow joined EFC in 2020.
